1) Q : When can I get the quotation form my enquire?
A: Usually the quotation will be send to you within 1 working day upon all the details of the product are clear.
2) Q: How can I get an accurate price for the quotation ?
A: There are some basic specs we need to know for the price calculation. The following are: the quantity, the size,
the products shape (photos), the material, the color printing & the surface finishing, then the best price will be
sent to you on time.
3) Q : How long will the mass production normally takes?
A : On Average 20 days. Rush order is available.
4) Q: When will I receive my new sample that were made based on my enquire?
A: After we have received the sample charge and all the material & design have been /confirm/ied.
It will takes 5-7 days to produce it and the delivery time usually needs around 3-5 days.
5) Q: Is the sample charge refundable?
A: Yes, normally when you have confirmed to produce your products in bulk, the sample charge can be refund.

6) Q: What kind of paper can be printed on?
A: As your request, we offers the woodfree paper, kraft paper, recyle paper, etc. If you are not sure about which
material you will need, please don't hesitate to contact us, we are experienced and we will give you the best

7) Q: What's your terms of payment?
A: Payment <=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment >=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
